Faculty and staff can have materials delivered to their campus location. Choose “Campus Delivery” as the pickup location. The Libraries will deliver materials to your Workday primary mail stop code.
Alternative Formats
The WashU Libraries take part in HathiTrust Digital Library’s Accessible Text Request Service. This service gives WashU users with print disabilities special access to copyrighted materials for use with adaptive technologies. Users must have registered with WashU Disability Resources or Human Resources.
Please email the Libraries accessibility team at LibrariesAccessibility@wustl.edu to request full digital copies of “Limited (search-only)” works in HathiTrust. Find these titles by searching “All Items” in the “Item Viewability” section. In your email, include links to books you want to access. The Libraries accessibility team will confirm your eligibility and respond to your request.
The Libraries can help you get scanned chapters or materials as PDFs. Learn how to submit a scanning request.

Study Rooms
Most library study rooms are accessible. Gaylord Music Library study rooms need the use of stairs.
Navigate Digital Materials
Many library databases offer HTML full-text listening. EBSCO and Gale databases include “Listen” speech-to-text functionality. You may also download MP3 audio files for personal use.
You can download audiobooks and e-books from the OverDrive Audiobook Collection. Learn how to create an OverDrive account with your WashU email. Click on “Additional Info.”
To use OverDrive on your mobile device, download the Libby app.
Streaming videos in library databases often include closed captions and transcripts. They sometimes include audio descriptions. See Academic Video Online (AVON) and Streaming Film Library.
