New Tech Help Service at Olin Library

A new service, hosted by Student Technology Services (STS) and WashU Libraries, is being piloted to bring technology support services to John M. Olin Library starting March 24. The Student Tech Support Desk hours during this initial phase will be from noon to 4 pm, Sunday to Friday. The pilot will conclude on April 25.

The Student Tech Support Desk, located on Level 1, will be staffed by STS staff who will be able to offer help for personal devices and laptops, including assistance with:

  • Software and hardware issues
  • Wifi connectivity
  • WashU key logins and using Duo
  • Printing
